I admit, I created this weblog mainly as a result of the prodding of my friend, Karen. But then, I got into the full swing of it and I’m proud of how it looks like now. It may not be the most “haytek” webpage there is but I’ve really learned a lot doing it and enjoyed along the way. See, the beginnings of this blog was taken from one of the many standard templates offered by Blogger. But I searched the net and found other sites offering blog templates and I was able to edit it according to my tastes, i.e. colour, fonts, font size, etc. Then, I added links (finally understanding something about CSS). Then, I setup my tag board. Days after, I setup the guestbook. The very latest addition was moving the commenting feature from Blogger’s standard to Haloscan. When I did that, I also added the trackback facility to my weblog. See…I’ve already done a lot.

In the midst of doing all these, I thought that this weblog is a great way for me to share my life to my friends who live hundreds and even thousands of miles away from me. Saves me from typing that much emails and that feeling when another person asks you what has been happening to you lately and you had to tell the same thing all over again. Kakapagod minsan. (Sometimes it gets tiring.) Thus rendering each time a shorter version than the last one.

So, I sent the URL link of this weblog to my dearest friends. But I don’t know if they are reading it or not. (Boo hoo hoo!) The only people who I think read it are S (in Bahrain) – from my web hits counter log – and, P (in Manila) – as she had left a message on my tag board. As for the rest….magparamdam naman kayo! (let your presence be felt!)

As for you, anonymous person who happens to read this one and any other posts on my weblog because it was the next one that appeared when you clicked that button/link on the new Blogger nav bar, thanks for taking the time!

P.S. Karen, Catsudon & Kaz…I know you guys read my weblog once in a while and that means so much to me!
