I’ve finally managed to drop by the Filipino Supermarket down by the Earl’s Court tube station in London. Got myself the Datu Puti vinegar so I could cook adobo properly … tastes differently kse when I use the white wine vinegar and the malt vinegar just doesn’t work! Anyway, apart from that, I also bought tocino and longganisa! Yum-yum! Can’t wait! And last but not the least, I got myself a dozen packets of Lucky Me pancit canton! YEAY!
