I was going through my closet for clothes that I need to pack for my Phoenix trip. When I had an epiphany on my neverending space problem. I figured that if I hang my suits along with my jackets and overcoats and skirts whilst the other wardrobe would have my dresses, shirts and trousers, then I would have enough space and might even gain a little bit more. Well, I’ve packed away my winter coats. They are bound for the dry cleaners soon before I tuck them away in storage.
So, I’ve created me additional space in my closet and I’m really pleased with that. Now, if I could only keep myself from filling the gap, i.e. buying more clothes! :sly:

A friend sent me an email to share the champagne and strawberries because today is the International Very Good Looking Damn Smart Women’s Day. So, to all you international very good looking damn smart women, happy International Very Good Looking Damn Smart Women’s Day! Here is a motto to live by:
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, wine in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming “WOO HOO! What a ride!”

Hello shopping queen! I don’t have closet space problems. As opposed to my husband, I have no problem throwing away clothes that are oldish or even a little bit worn out. In fact, I am boxing a lot of them up to bring with me to the Phils. Have a great weekend!
same to you, girl! :cutie:
my closet’s start to pile up too, and im not even a shopping addict. but just near our place is a secour catholic dropbox, where old clothes would be sent to poor countries. better deal!
and here I was thinking that the reason why we clean up to make room for more is because… we need more! haha
ditto on what analyse said… get the old ones and give them to charity. pero you think they have use for your power clothes? hehe
don’t worry if the clothes ever get to the Philippines… be it power clothes or not… it is going to end up in someone’s closet or “store”… That’s what ukay-ukay and wag-wag are here for… hehehe!
congrats on finally clearing up your closet! i scheduled mine once we’re back from our trip. yep, i second their suggestions. give ‘em to charity.
