Warning: Multi-tasking is dangerous to your health!

Watching a re-run episode of Sex And The City while I’m writing this post. My aim — trying to do couch time while attempting to express what I’m suffering from…these days. BRAIN OVERLOAD. It is because of this uncontrollable and unexplicable desire in me to complete several tasks at the same time.

Thing is, I am starting to feel the headache.

I’ve got too much on my mind. My mental Post-It Note has thinned out. I think it has completely blocked my view.

One thing I tell myself is to take things one at a time but that in itself adds to the To-Do list.

  2. When i do and think about so many things, i discover that i don’t really accomplish much! Sakit pa sa ulo!
    Try this. When you get up in the morning… just talk gibberish…nonsense or laugh.. that will force you NOT to think (plus good for the lungs!)… then dance.. shake..move your body…when you had enough… then you close your eyes and not focus on anything…don’t sleep but just relax… for sure there will be thoughts that will come to your mind but just let them pass… don’t mind them… maybe do this for 30 minutes.
    Then start your day!
