Bits and bobs

  • I still don’t have a phone line in my flat. Why? BT. Rather not go into details of why it has taken this loooong (I placed the order last April) for a line to be installed as it makes my blood boil and with the heatwave happening (well, not at this very minute!) … my head will explode like in Spontaneous Combustion!
  • Read several interesting items on the papers that I wanted to post here. Never managed to do so because of the first item on this list (gggrrrrrr…..). One of them was about how schools will no longer attempt to teach right or wrong at schools and another one where a dog chewed through £20K-worth of historic teddy bears.
  • I haven’t been religiously going to the dance studio. However, I’ve already tried…

Express Yo’Self, which is “the ultimate street style dance class, moving to the latest R&B and hip hop grooves”
Latin Fusion where latin dance moves are executed with other types of music like jive
Dance Precision Toning a “workout aiming at toning specific areas of the body. Feel elongated rather than bulky!”

Whilst waiting for the class last Tuesday, I was chatting to some fellow students who were attending the Belly Dancing class. They said that it was so much fun and really a good way to trim the stomach area. Hmm…maybe that’s my next target.

  1. wow, i hope this phone line problem doesn’t make you consider looking for another flat as your place is lovely!

btw, have you received anything from royal mail yet? my tracking number is just as efficient as your BT phone line. it doesn’t work!

good luck to that dog trainer owner who chewed on the bears…

  2. hi, very nice blog here!

I also want to join in a dance studio class – but keeps on postponing it. Definitely belly dancing lessons should help tighten up the belly.

Cheers. Can I link you up in my blog?

  3. anne, got the phone line and will post about that later. not without screaming, crying and shouting though. now, i am waiting for the ISP to send me the broadband kit.

hi, jase! sure you can link me. i’ll also add you to my blogroll. thanks for dropping by and hope to see more of you here or on your blog.
