Listen up, peeps!

My first and initial motive of setting up a blog is to keep friends and family up-to-date with what is happening in my life. Saves me re-typing emails and they’re cheaper than phone calls. As the years went by, I got some frequent visitors and even met some fellow bloggers on-line and in real life.

Reading different blogs does not only give one a peek of someone else’s life but also a chance to read differing opinions on a subject. Much like Big Brother but of course, on a much wider audience — the World Wide Web! Bloggers share their unbiased views over products, films, and other services.

This is basic premise of ReviewMe. It provides a platform for advertisers to tap into the blogging community for reviews and opinion. Of course bloggers get paid in this program even when the review is not entirely positive. Or at least, that’s the expectation. It’s genius, really, especially for small or start-up advertisers.

Some people may find the idea as abusive and unethical under the premise that all things are possible if you have the cash. To a degree, I agree but then again, bloggers are given the option to deny any review offers for whatever reason. So in that respect, it is a good proposition.

In closing, give ReviewMe a try, my fellow bloggers. A little additional money in your pocket wouldn’t hurt, right?

Oh, and by the way, I’m getting paid to write this post!
