The Tree of Life

This photo could very well be likened with one of them “Where’s Wally” cartoons. I’m loving the intricate design on this tree trunk. It makes you wonder if it was carved with the original wood or it was simply attached.
I am writing this post as part of the Leave 2 Blog 1 flickr group that I recently joined, which was set-up by blogpaul. Basically, it allows you to submit 2 photos to the group but you must blog about 1 – obviously, not yours (well, not strictly speaking!) Anyway, this one by jemmille has really caught my fancy.
